Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards.  

  1. We need you to return the faulty product and any accessories that came with it, with their original packaging.
  2. 2. Once your return has been received and reviewed, We will deal with your problem as soon as possible.

Incorrect Product Received

What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there’s a mistake in the product shipped to you? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will be happy to guide you through the return process.

The wrong order has been sent: please contact us for return and refund service (we do not bear the return logistics costs).

The product shipped to you is incorrect: please contact us, we can arrange to resend the correct product and return the wrong product to the warehouse (The relevant logistics costs will be borne by us)

Legalities

Damaged packaging caused by improper express transportation cannot be the reason for return. Once the buyer receives the goods or services, we are not responsible for your safety issues. We will check the product quality, packaging and accessories when leaving the factory. Please read the product instructions carefully before using this product, The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.
