We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: From the date you receive the product, within 30 days, if you are not satisfied and the product is unopened, you can contact us to initiate the return process and receive a refund.

Refunds are typically credited back to your account within 3-10 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 3-10 business days.

3. Handling of wrong ordered products

4. Handling of products not received or damaged
If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact us, we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, we will resend you new products or handle return and exchange procedures based on the actual situation (logistics costs will be borne by us)
5. We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:
