1. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: From the date you receive the product, within 30 days, if you are not satisfied and the product is unopened, you can contact us to initiate the return process and receive a refund.

Refunds are typically credited back to your account within 3-10 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 3-10 business days.

 

2. Returns Policy

To return your product, please contact our email.

  • Customer Reasons (wrong purchase or dislike of product): Customers need to pay the relevant return logistics and warehousing fees

  • Our reasons (product quality issues, wrong goods, out of stock, etc.): Please contact us, we will reissue you a new product or handle the return and refund process for you based on the actual situation (logistics costs are borne by us)

 

3. Handling of wrong ordered products

  • Wrong products orderedIf you change your mind or find that you ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service
  • Wrong product receivedWhat if you ordered the wrong product and it has been shipped? Or, what if the wrong product was sent to you? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will be happy to guide you through the return process.

 

4. Handling of products not received or damaged

If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact us, we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, we will resend you new products or handle return and exchange procedures based on the actual situation (logistics costs will be borne by us)

 

5. We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:

  • The item has been used and the quality is intact

  • The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with

  • We have not been notified within 30 days from date you received delivery.
